Healthy Cucumber and Tomato Salad
This week, one of my clients surprised me with a pile of freshly picked vegetables from her very own garden. Yum! It's easy and quick to make a healthy meal by dicing raw vegetables and tossing in a simple dressing with herbs.Healthy Cucumber and Tomato Salad1 tomato, chopped1/2 cucumber, sliced8 basil leaves, finely chopped (or dill)Dressing:1 tsp white wine vinegar1 tsp plant based Omega 3-6-9
