I took a break from bootcamp over the winter and both my wallet and my belly got fatter. Since my return, I have never felt better!
I ran a 3.5 miler during my bootcamp hiatus, and since starting bootcamp again I have completed another 3.5 miler and have signed up for 2 obstacle course runs and a triathlon sprint!
